OUR PROCESS
Who you choose to represent you and your property matters.
We’ll work with you to prepare your property for market and provide a strategy for each part of the marketing cycle; from “coming soon” pre-marketing, to promoting it to our extensive network of qualified buyers and going active on the market. We are here to help you sell for the right price; in the timeframe you are comfortable with.
First, let's set a date
We'll set up a time to come and tour your property in-person to discuss any upgrades you have made to the property. We will also discuss our marketing strategy customized to selling your listing, pricing strategies, and steps moving forward to ensure a seamless transaction.
Preparation for market
Once we decide to work together, we will get to work on scheduling our staging walkthrough with you to discuss preparing your property for market and scheduling professional photography/videography to capture your listing in its best light. Then we will go to work with our marketing team to pre-market your listing to our extensive network of qualified buyers and other top-producing agents.
Ready. Set. Go.
Once all the marketing is ready and you have picked a date to debut your listing (with our professional guidance), it’s time to activate your listing. We will amplify the marketing through social media ads targeted to likely buyers, send out e-mail campaigns to agents/active buyers, schedule open houses/broker tours (at your direction), and spread the word! We will also schedule showings with you and provide timely feedback and communication about how it’s going – so you will never be left in the dark!
We negotiate, you win
We'll work with you to execute a winning offer and negotiate on your behalf to get you the best possible deal in both price and terms. Once we have an executed contract, we'll open escrow, organize/schedule the inspection (and appraisal if applicable), negotiate repairs on your behalf, and raise a glass to your next chapter!
