Who you choose to represent you and your property matters.
We’ll work with you to prepare your property for market and provide a strategy for each part of the marketing cycle; from “coming soon” pre-marketing, to promoting it to our extensive network of qualified buyers and going active on the market. We are here to help you sell for the right price; in the timeframe you are comfortable with.
First, let's set a date
We'll set up a time to come and tour your property in-person to discuss any upgrades you have made to the property. We will also discuss our marketing strategy customized to selling your listing, pricing strategies, and steps moving forward to ensure a seamless transaction.
Preparation for market
Once we decide to work together, we will get to work on scheduling our staging walkthrough with you to discuss preparing your property for market and scheduling professional photography/videography to capture your listing in its best light. Then we will go to work with our marketing team to pre-market your listing to our extensive network of qualified buyers and other top-producing agents.
Ready. Set. Go.
Once all the marketing is ready and you have picked a date to debut your listing (with our professional guidance), it’s time to activate your listing. We will amplify the marketing through social media ads targeted to likely buyers, send out e-mail campaigns to agents/active buyers, schedule open houses/broker tours (at your direction), and spread the word! We will also schedule showings with you and provide timely feedback and communication about how it’s going – so you will never be left in the dark!
We negotiate, you win
We'll work with you to execute a winning offer and negotiate on your behalf to get you the best possible deal in both price and terms. Once we have an executed contract, we'll open escrow, organize/schedule the inspection (and appraisal if applicable), negotiate repairs on your behalf, and raise a glass to your next chapter!

Kevin Owens is best of the best when it comes to realtors in the Phoenix metro. Have worked with many realtors over the years and none have stood out like Kevin. He represented us and our best interests in every aspect of our home. Kevin counseled us on things to do prior and what price to list our home. Was concerned he recommended to come in a little less than the zillow estimate but he believed it would pay off, and it did! We have children and dogs and could not be bothered to do many showings. Through Kevin's marketing strategy he generated a tremendous amount of interest prior to the house being listed. Kevin then coordinated 10 select buyers to view the house over a couple hours of showings. We received numerous offers well above asking, worst offer was 25k over and then got a bidding war. Kevin got us almost 100k over asking. Then he made sure all the terms of the contract provided us assurances we were working with a legit buyer. He also negotiated the terms to cause us the least amount of stress in the form of 'as is' and the buyer to waive appraisal fee. He took care of every detail of the deal from start to finish. It could not have been an easier sale. Kevin was always available and transperent. While he provided recommendations he never pushed us. He knows north Phoenix based on what we saw better than any other agent. Could not recommend him enough, he is best of the best.
