Was concerned he recommended to come in a little less than the zillow estimate but he believed it would pay off, and it did! We have children and dogs and could not be bothered to do many showings. I received a direct mailer from Kevin that said he had a client interested in my condo. I wondered if it was true or a scam. However, I took the time and glad I did to reach out to Kevin and he in fact had a customer looking for my floor plan. He ended up working with both myself (seller) and the buyer to negotiate what I believe we were both very satisfied with. Kevin is very friendly and easy to talk to but also extremely knowledgeable and professional. He knows the Phoenix market inside and out, particularly North Phoenix and Scottsdale.
